Juyun Lim, Oregon State University, USA
Juyun Lim obtained her Ph.D. in Food Science from Cornell University and spent two years in the John B. Pierce Laboratory / Yale School of Medicine as a post-doctoral associate. After taking responsibilities as a Professor at Oregon State University for 17 years, she recently accepted a new position at Monell Chemical Senses Center as a Member. The primary focus of her research is to understand the sensory mechanisms that underlie flavor perception and the role of sensory perception in ingestive behavior.
