Organizing Committee

Danielle Reed is the Chief Science Officer and Member of the Monell Chemical Senses Center in Philadelphia and the past President of the Association of Chemoreception Sciences. Monell is a non-profit research institute in the University Science Center near the University of Pennsylvania, which is devoted to the study of taste, smell, and nutrition. Her research interests are the causes of postviral taste and smell loss, and person-to-person differences in taste and smell, and how these differences affect food preferences.
