Workshop Proposals
Workshops will form an integral part of the Pangborn 2025 program. Proposals should emphasize collective work, interaction and active participation of the attendants. Be creative! All formats will be carefully considered, and proposals for interactive workshops will be highly encouraged.
Scientific societies and thematic groups are welcome to submit proposals. Workshop slots will be scheduled for 90 minutes.
Any request for specific material, room specifications, etc., should be highlighted in the proposal.
All proposals must be submitted through the submission platform linked above, including the following information:
- Title of your workshop
- A list of all presenters/co-authors and their affiliations. Diversity among presenters is encouraged.
- A brief description of the scientific background informing the workshop, including up to 3 pertinent references
- A brief description of the purpose of the workshop – what are you trying to accomplish? What gap is this workshop trying to close? What insights are you trying to gain?
- A brief description of the format of this workshop, e.g., tentative schedule, type(s) of interactions with the audience, etc.
- Who is the ideal target audience for the workshop
Proposals are invited until 7 February 2025.
