Tatiane Ribeiro is a sensory scientist with a solid academic background, holding both an MSc and a PhD in the field from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). As the founder of SensoryLab, she provides strategic consultancy and specialized training for a wide range of sectors, including food, beverages, ingredients, and cosmetics. Her professional approach is defined by bridging the gap between scientific theory and industrial reality, focusing on implementing robust sensory programs that are adaptable to available corporate resources.

From 2021 to 2024, Tatiane served as the President of the Brazilian Association of Sensory and Consumer Science , where she played a role in advancing the field in Brazil. Passionate about knowledge accessibility, she is a dedicated science communicator, using her digital communication channels to translate complex methodologies into actionable insights for a broad audience. Her work effectively combines academic rigor with pragmatic solutions to meet the evolving needs of the global sensory industry.
