Katie E. Osdoba

Katie is currently a Senior Research Scientist with Kerry, supporting Global Taste Innovation. In this role, she uses her expertise in sensory and consumer research techniques to address challenges related to taste and mouthfeel modulation. Discrimination testing, statistical analysis, and coaching & training other sensory professionals are also areas of interest. She is an author of Sensory Evaluation Techniques, 6 th Edition. Katie received her PhD in food science and BS in nutrition from the University of Minnesota.
