Organising Committee

Patricia is Consumer Science Manager at MBRF and Vice President of ABCSC (Brazilian Association of Sensory and Consumer Science). A Food Engineer with a Master’s degree in Food Science from Unicamp, she has 20 years of experience at MBRF, working on market projects and global accounts. She led the development of the Sensory and Consumer Science area during the company’s international expansion, with work spanning markets in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Southern Cone. She also has prior experience in consumer research and ergonomic studies at Philips.
