Pangborn 2025 Special Issue
The journal Food Quality and Preference will publish a special issue featuring selected peer-reviewed contributions from the 16th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium.
This issue will showcase peer-reviewed full papers derived from oral and poster presentations, as well as workshops, reflecting the symposium’s theme: Connecting Sense and Minds. The special issue continues the journal’s tradition of supporting the Pangborn Symposium by disseminating cutting-edge research in sensory and consumer science.
We invite all presenters to submit manuscripts that expand upon their conference contributions. The submission deadline is 30 January 2026
