Conference Venue

Is there disabled parking?
Yes, there is a dedicated level for disabled vehicles in the underground car park and some extra parking space on each level.
All floors are served by 2 lifts.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes – see attached floorplan

Are there accessible elevators close to the conference rooms?
Yes – All floors are served by 2 lifts, see attached floorplan

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?)
Yes, on each level

Catering: on request we can arrange for early access to the catering space/assistance with the collection of catering please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com

Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com if you would like to have an orientation tour of the venue by 20 August 2023.

How far apart are the different spaces being used?

All spaces are in the same building on different floors. Allow a few minutes to reach the catering area from the plenary room, for example.
