Hildegarde Heymann, University of California, USA
Prof. Hildegarde Heymann is a distinguished professor of Sensory Science and the holder of the Ray Rossi Chair for Viticulture and Enology in the department of Viticulture and Enology at the University of California at Davis. She has worked on a wide range of products over her 35 year career and has concluded that alcoholic beverages are the most fun. She has published two textbooks, one with Harry Lawless and one with Sue Ebeler and over 130 refereed publications.
